Delivery Information

All items have been tested and certified for safety. All items are new. We do not sell recalled or previously owned items. Our products do not contain toxic chemicals, small parts, or magnets; and are not a choking hazard for children age 3 and under.  

All orders will be stored in our warehouse until requested delivery date at no charge.

Freight Terms:

Freight is calculated at 10% of product total.

  • Orders over $2000.00 will be credited Half Freight.

  • Orders over $5000.00 will be credited Full Freight.

Terms:

New customer invoices are payable upon receipt. Terms, if granted, are: Net 30 days from invoice date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, company check, or wire transfer.

Returns – Damages – Shortages:

  • Must be reported to TK’s Toy Box within 10 business days of receipt of goods.  Returns must be authorized prior to returning goods.

  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee on any orders which are returned, cancelled, or refused after shipment from TK’s Toy Box Warehouse.
